This Crockpot Catalina Chicken recipe is very simple to make; it only takes 5 minutes to get everything ready. When you mix Catalina dressing, soy sauce, and honey together, you get a sweet and sour sauce that goes perfectly on the tender chicken breasts while they cook slowly in the crockpot.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Catalina salad dressing
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Put chicken breasts in the crock pot
Spread the dressing over the chicken
When the chicken is done, cover it and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours
Warm it up and serve it with your favorite sides
