Ingredients:
- 12 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 250F 120C
Place popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter
Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
Once boiling, let it cook without stirring for 4-5 minutes
Remove from heat, stir in baking soda and vanilla extract
