Frittata Pizza



Enjoy the delicious fusion of a classic Italian frittata with the flavors of a pizza. This Frittata Pizza is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

Add the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet and saut until they are tender, about 5 minutes

Pour the egg mixture over the sauted vegetables in the skillet

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, black olives, pepperoni, and diced tomatoes evenly over the eggs

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the frittata is set and the edges are golden brown

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes

Slice the frittata into wedges like a pizza, and serve hot

S'mores Fudge Bars



These bars have a graham cracker crust with gooey brownie batter, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows on top. They taste great and are a great mix of s'mores and fudge. Just what you need to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350F 175C

Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan

In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined

Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust

Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions

Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust

Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the brownie batter, followed by mini marshmallows

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before slicing into bars

Sausage Spinach White Bean Soup 10



A hearty and flavorful soup featuring Italian sausage, white beans, and spinach in a savory broth.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cans 15 oz each white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 14
  • 5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put Italian sausage in a big pot and cook it over medium-low heat until it turns brown

Use a spoon to break it up into small pieces

Cut up some onion and garlic and add them to the pot

Make the onion soft by cooking it

Spices like oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper should be added along with the chicken broth and white beans

Mix well

Lower the heat and let the soup cook for 15 to 20 minutes

This will give the flavors time to blend

Add the chopped spinach and stir it in

Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the spinach wilts

Check the seasonings and make changes if needed

If you want, you can serve it hot with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top

Patty Melt



Beef patties, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese are put between two slices of buttered rye bread in this Patty Melt recipe. It's a classic comfort food that goes well with a cozy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of rye bread
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

Make a patty out of each of the four equal amounts of ground beef

Add pepper and salt

In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the vegetable oil

It will take about 10 to 15 minutes of cooking after adding the sliced onions until the onions turn caramelized

Take it out of the pan and set it aside

Cook the beef patties in the same pan for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them

Butter one side of each slice of rye bread while the patties are cooking

Take the patties out of the pan and set them aside when they are done

In the pan, put 4 slices of rye bread with the buttered side down

Put a beef patty, caramelized onions, and another slice of Swiss cheese on top of each slice

Put another slice of rye bread on top of each sandwich, buttered side up

Toast the bread for two to three minutes on each side, or until it turns golden brown and the cheese melts

Take it out of the pan and serve it hot
